Shipping policy

Order processing:

Orders are processed within one business day from the date of purchase. Once the order is completed, a notification will be sent to the customer's email and WhatsApp informing them that the order has been successfully placed.

Delivery time:

• Inside Kuwait: within 24 hours.

• International: 2 to 5 business days (depending on destination and shipping company).

Shipping fees:

• Within Kuwait: A fixed delivery fee will be applied and will be shown during the checkout process.

• International: Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the delivery address when placing an order.

Customs duties and taxes:

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes (such as value-added tax) upon arrival in the receiving country. These fees are borne by the customer, and Masar does not bear any additional costs imposed by the receiving party.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of your personal information and shipping address when completing your order.

• Follow up with the shipping company when necessary to ensure timely delivery of the shipment.

Undeliverable shipments:

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or the customer does not receive the shipment, it may be returned or destroyed in accordance with the shipping company's policy. Masar is not responsible for any consequences in such cases.
